Meticulously curated to provide a unified experience. From slow controlled practices to dynamic heart-pumping movements to restorative healing. Intentional practices will challenge your strength and deepen your physical connection to self. Physical movement (asana) is only one aspect of practice -
HORIZON will deepen the mind connection through guided meditations and pranayama.
