What experience / fitness level do I need to attend a Calibrate experience?

Everyone is welcome! Calibrate cultivates a supportive, non-judgmental, and safe environment where we can all learn, grow, strengthen, and Calibrate together. Our practices aim to challenge each individual on their personal journey.

What can I expect from practice?
​
This term "practice" is comprehensive. It refers to time when we intentionally evolve and deepen our mind, body, and breath connection. Enabling our capacity to bring the strength fostered in "practice time" to your everyday life moments. Practices will include asanas from vinyasa flow to yin, bodyweight strength classes ranging from energetic cardio, to pilates & barre inspired mat classes, meditation, guided pranayama, and more! Practices will range in intensity to offer a well-rounded experience, tailored to your individual and group needs, desires, and journey.
A Calibrate experience is about achieving balance, homeostasis - the harmony between quick & slow, push & rest, yin & yang. Calibrate embraces the challenge and growth that come from igniting tapas (internal friction, challenge, heat, resistance), ensuring a transformative journey.
