The light I share with you -
My passion for movement has been lifelong, growing up as a competitive dancer. In 2019 my teaching journey began at The Sweat Lab in Calgary, and I have since evolved to guide barre, core, spin, circuit training, and yoga classes, completing my 200-hour RYT.
My interest in the human body and mind extends beyond group movement classes and into my career life, being a Registered Nurse.
​Calibrate is built on my passion- to empower others through education of the human body, intentional movement, mindfulness practices, and community connection. ​

Whether it be with a patient in hospital, or a client in a movement class - I aim to deepen your understanding of your whole self, offer kindness & gratitude, and strengthen your light to radiate brightly.
